□ Plumbing Plan ( isometrics-drain and water, fixture counts )

□ Electrical Plan ( one-line, panel schedule, load and fault current calculations )

□ Mechanical Plan ( model number, unit size, weight, and max fuse size )

□ ADA Specification sheet

Three sets of stamped structural calculations
